Hi. As you probably saw - I've dicided to bring back chat on this website. I'm still not sure if it was good idea - so Chat's here only for 1 week of testing.
All depends on your opinions and on the way it will be used from now. Maybe it will stay here for long time, maybe it will be removed.
Chat is based on script prepared by Zi few months ago for old website - to combine it with users accounts. This is why it will work only for logged users. Unregistered guys can't even see it in main menu or watch discussions - even if they have direct link/address to it. I think it's fair enough and will help to avoid problems.
Maybe I will include window for unregistered watchers after few days - but they won't be able to speak before signing in.
Anyway - It's very basic application - but should be good enough for everyday usage. For talking about events, servers to join or other random things. With high culture of conversation and proper language of course :)
After few hours of messing with the code - I've added few new, little improvements there (more will come later) and brand new design to make conversations more comfortable
Please test it and give some comments if needed - here on this thread. All your opinions about this subject are welcomed.
I just hope chat will be used in right way and will really help to keep nice people of the community together. Please respect basic rules there and have fun during testing period. Thanks a lot.
