    This thread will serve as place where you can put your thoughts about what should be on event and what should be not, don't be shy to post, nobody will harm you for that and nobody will laugh on your english if it's not good. Events are getting emptier and emptier, and we still play same maps, so where is the mistake? You have done map survey, so if you only wanted to know what you chose for best maps, list is like this: 1. Shore 2. Mesa 3. Refinery 4. Beach 5. Plantation 1. Steel Mill 2. Armada 3. Outpost 4. Quarry So hurry up and post your thoughts here!

    Well, first of all, we could have some clearly Instant Action event. Because fighting for prototype, bunker raping (and talking about dicks sizes and stuff (no offend)) was repeated too much already and it´s really getting borring. If people don´t want new maps - well, i think some fighting on old Steel Mill could be nice change. But even so - whatever you do - you Wont get more players there now (im sure after time, and promotions, people will come, even now there are few new ones, but magically not on events, and it wont change, no matter what kind of event you make). Relax about amount of players yet. For some, just doing "shit" and talking on some nice map would be enough - but this way, it would skip from 10 players on 4 (or 3 and 2 ignorants with MOACs :) ) In case of fighting i don´t see anything more that could take its place, than regulary change game modes and maps. (but anyway - headless fighting will get borring one day, wherever and however you play) Ok, heres what i think, sorry for less ideas and more theory.

    The idea about InstantAction is nice, as we always play PowerStruggle, I don't know how about new maps, though 70% of users in survey told, that they would perfer new maps, where are they anyway, they never came to event when there was new map, so who cares about silent majority, their problem that they are silent, right? Also you can choose between who should host, whether me or Youda/HipHipHurra, now which is which? I hosted last 2 events, Youda hosted all events before, because some people care even about this. About maps like Mesa or Beach, those who want them, here is little motivation to play for you: You won't get them untill there will be atleast 14 players usually at the event, otherwise it has no meaning playing less than 7vs7 on these maps in these times, so keep playing even now when you don't like map and maybe one day it will come to your favorite map too!

    Btw - yesterday, around 6 - 7 people on Armada, later 10 on Poolday and it broke on 4 poolday and like 5 on Fair Play´s Quarry. Was like Sunday Event. ︶▽︶

    Then, maybe, remove things like explosives, (or like you´ve said, C4 only on vehicles and stuff) Gauss, MOAC, Hurricane etc.. Its pissing off many people, When someone like iceman or led connects, starts using clays everywhere...But again. Theres question - will you get by, without 3 noobs on event ? So its gonna be like 7 instead of 10 ?. Well, i said already, i don´t care about players amount that much, untill im not alone one server. Will rather play with 3 normal people, than with 20 noobs - just because there are "More players!" Oh, well, sorry, considering to thread, this is kinda off-topic. But nevermind.

    So beacause it looks dead here, already, Ill keep posting stuff, even if it seems useless/senseless (so sorry for that >.<). I´v tried something like "prison" mode few days ago, with guys on 5767 server - square of big concrete blocks 15 meters high (?), with roof made of those blue transparent "walls" you cant pass. Inside of it few houses used as spawnpoints for "prisoners", surrounded with wire fences. Only escape from it, was long concrete pipe going through one wall, which was from inner side covered by small House - Supervisor´s spawnpoint with weapons, clays, etc.. Prisoners simply had to get through supervisor and escape. ( For those who didn´t know). Nice idea i think, and as it was said - could be fun with few more people. (of course - only for people at least bit smart/ not ignoring. You cant force those crazy shooters (english knowladge 5%), to do something like that :)) Anyway - It could be quite nice replacement of standard playing - something for change and fun. I just wanna ask, what do you think about it ?

    I gave it some time but I see people won't answer here only you guys. So I answer. Frankie. Never useless/sensless man. Don't worry about ignorants - do you things. Post ideas and create your modes. I also have many ideas for the future. Not like Hunter/Predator mode - it's quite normal one - just little change. But something really crazy and something that was never made in Crysis or other MP game before. Sandbox2 makes it all possible. If you add to it all Sfw functions + real time Level Designer - you can have 20 quite different game modes in one game. Each with different sounds, colors, players look, weapons, maps, music, etc. But don't worry we have years for that. I don't think during next 10 years we will find another editor like Sandbox2. So universal and fexible. The one that have many hidden and still undiscovered functions - that even Crytek had no idea about before they dumped it into trash. So we have years to work on things from time to time. I will do it for sure. Sometimes just need a break. It was off-topic. BTW Events ? I'm just glad I'm not hosting them. I don't have to deal with ignorance of some players. It makes me happy. Events are very good idea of course for many players who are 2 shy or 2 borring to play with 1-2 other players - but if you ask me - custom maps there are not good idea anymore. Today events are for those who don't respect new Crysis MP. They want to play oldschool game that looks like 2007 on LOW on old maps which doesn't require exploring, learning and dealing with surprises (which should be best in my opinion). As both of you know - event on Mesa would be most popular even now. I have some experiment in plans about it even. My opinion finally: IA events - this is something I'd like to play. Right now I don't even enter them because of PS on sad maps and borring bunkers. Let me put it this way: If PS - only new maps with flying vehicles, new amazing terrain and buildings. if IA - can be Steel Mill and Quarry all the time - it's good enough to have fun once a week on saturdays for 2 hours. Of course rest of the week another custom IA and PS maps meetings - which are not called events but are always very happy time to spend with friends. Thanks for the thread. At least somebody is exchanging thoughts. The problem is - only main people of this project are answering. Reagular (just) players are dead and if it's their choice we should work on our things as before. We should not ask anymore: "What can we do for you this time Mister Ignorant Sir to make you so kind and play Crysis 1 MP ? Just tell us and we will lower the quality of the game to make you happy". I'm not going to do it though. Being conformist and populist - always kills the inventions and creativity. No more of this bullshit. Sorry for interrupting "Events" thread but players were not answering anyway and probably won't do it soon.

    Im not sure, so just to be clear - the "prison" idea was by Zi; and (i guess) Sadam. Right , just dont care about these ignoring primitives anymore. Who wont stay, isnt worth it at all. You will only make yourself feeling better and get rid of annoying people. IA is good idea. Maybe make it more free and open. I dont know. Just look at that little Quarry event time ago. In my opinion it was more fun than fighting for prototype for 3 hours. It doesn´t matter what the thread is about xD. Just don´t let it die like others. haha. counting on like max 2 more posts.

    If you can get e-mails of registered users, you could send them announcement with link to event page, I think more people watch their own e-mails than this website. Just a idea to increase number of people on events.

    People except me still use e-mail often nowadays? o_O It would probably be better to require vk.com or fb.com as a "registration must", which they watch more often for sure. :D
