Server with Classic / Optimized PS Maps

  Hi This kind of servers were tested for at least 12 months before here. No players on this kind of "pro only" PS servers detected ever for months. Instead - there are IA servers with only FY and only SCAR allowed, no explosives, with rotations of Classic IA and custom IA, well optimized Crysis/Crysis Wars maps - on-line 24/7 here. Also waiting every day for pro aimers, pro fighters who don't like noobish guns :) But... players are also not detected there :) So where is the logic of all that? 10 votes and PS server for PRO only (IA style the way we love) can return easily. But why IA rotations well prepared just for PRO are empty though...

  Yes I agree. You can be right about IA servers nowadays :( Only Friday IA Events were keeping around 12-15 players every time - for 10 months (before "MESA Nostalgia" server came). But other days than Friday/Saturday - IA servers were really empty for 2 years here. This is sad for me to see because I was ONLY IA player for years - I wasn't even using anything more but FY and SCAR so other guns but Shotgun and Sniper - were always blocked on <FP> IA servers. Good IA times really. Maybe it's the time to give up with IA finally (leave it only for Friday Events though - right after the summer maybe) and focus on PS 24/7 servers only. To tell the truth "MESA Nostalgia" server satarted 3 months ago - was in fact my decision towards Old School PS :( after failing with IA and Custom stuff for most of the time. But as you also know it was made as Nostalgy idea for old Measa players - and at least half of them were always newbies ( I remember times with 32 players on some Mesa servers every day) - so this server was meant to be optimized for all not only pro aimers. I have to admint - it works better than I could expect - but not for all as you were saying - because not everything is blocked there. So PS server which would work as IA "No Easy Guns" server was for years - in terms of available weapons - can be some idea to think about now. At least for testing it can be easily prepared for classic or optimized maps. Thanks.

  I believe server "!HS Pro-gaming" is set exactly how you describe, and it's online 24/7, why do you give it a try? And btw: Thank you for using something else than "General" section :D

  Well, the server has a command for vote about the next map, so it is probable that people just voted for poolday. I don't understand why, because for that there is !HS Duels. Poolday isn't even in rotation of !HS Pro-gaming, in rotation are small-middle sized maps, with mix of standard and custom and the IA:PS ratio is about 1:2. Explosives and other nooby weapons are forbidden + i'm going add an option to vote about blocking another weapon or vehicle. It is the server designed exactly for old good players and i will be glad to recieve some feedback about it. If players won't stop changing it to poolday, then i will have to add it into forbidden maps list.
