If you don't have VC++ libraries, Crysis just won't launch at all, so this is not the problem for sure. Also, you don't need to install all of them, just 2005 version is enough for Crysis. Installing .NET Framework is not required as well because Crysis doesn't use it.
I think the problem is either stability issue of the computer itself (overheating, bad overclocking, damaged graphics card or power supply, etc), or some strange compatibility problem caused by weird graphics card drivers or something. Anyway, more information about the crash is needed. See my post here
