  It matters a lot. And you can't remove that by force or equality dreams. You see people are groups, and most people are more relaxed when with others that are like themself. They need to be able to mirror and connect. My question to you: Why do you want to change that? Why not let this group do that and that group do this? It's related to "not enough females works in the xx industry. Why?

  I think if somebody is willing to work, and not just to parasite on social stimuli system, that person shouldn't have motivation to be troublesome. It's mostly parasites who cause disputes.

  I don't want to change or force anything. Forcing 50% female or 50% foreigner is stupid as hell and discriminating. My point is, we shouldn't frame others based on their nationality, race, culture, gender or sexuality, because we all have equal opportunity in life to become successful, and after all, we all are people and neither of us chose those things.

  I agree on most of that. But there is no way everybody will (or should) have equal access/opportunity to everything. And people are people and will "discriminate" ALWAYS. Find the group/s you are most welcome in or STRUGGLE your way with groups that you're a little off in. Goodnight :)

  zi writes "Read last statement of my post again. Instead of influencing people that your opinion is right, let people do research themselves" I was moved by the videos and I decided to share them. They are not my personal message to anyone. If they made you think then that was the intention of the authors. If you find them not appropriate here, simply delete them. I find TunSalats' comments mostly spot on. However, I can't say that your comments are wrong either. Navigating our life is hard and not having the freedom to speak is even harder.
