Yesterday, the in game server list worked fine. This afternoon I come home from work and can't see any servers in the in game list, and can't connect to any servers in the console.

Yes. And no - It's not only you. Everything was fine with in-game server list - probably whole day because I saw many people on servers (most don't even use console to join so the were joining with in-game list).
But at night I was accidentally checking the in-game list and it was not showing anything. Started probably around 23:00 or something like that. So it was exactly the time of your afternoon - around 4-5 PM your time.
But our masterserver was and is fune - console list and www list was showing servers all the time - and still works fine. I can connect any server. It's 9 AM CET now and classic list is still not showing anything but our console works as before. No problems with that.
I'm sure it's just openspy.org master server problem that we use for in-game/classic list. They are having some update there right now. So it's not on our side at all. It happened before maybe around 3-5 times (during last 10 months) but never for so long. Looks like 10 hours now. New client is not out yet so it's not internat issue.
Don't worry if things like that happen. Openspy.org is still only just additional thing in this network and you never know what's gonna happen with them and when. I just hope they are going to support old games and our in-game list will work for years. But you have to be prepared for anything, since openspy.org maser server is something that we can't control or guarantee anything. They are supporting games for free unlike gamespy.com was before. And even GameSpy was shot down - so you never know about those services in the future.
Console and www list of CryMP.Net should work fine for 10 or more years though :) That's what I'm sure about.
I just don't understand why you couldn't or can't connect even via console(?). Please try again by the way!
And let's hope in-game list will be back soon.
