Yep, i saw it. Problem is, the majority is now against you. And if i remove it, they will start screaming "OMG, idiot admin, ignoring wishes of the majority, dictatorship, nowhere to play, stupid system", etc.
Maybe but I respect the rules so they should not able to.
A simple question: when is the last time the vote kick was used honestly against a true rule breaker?
There are no "stupid system" or "dictatorship" there's just a behavior to be overlooked for other players but some players don’t respect this rule. So it is for you to do something. If you cannot remove the vote kick command made at least the solution proposed by HipHipHurra: protect some players and disable vote against on premium / moderators / administrators and all are happy because the command will stay here and the abuses are limited.
