  Check kick reason at the end of Game.log file located in Crysis folder. For the second one: if you see that GameSpy login screen instead of server list, it means the multiplayer client is not loaded. Make sure you launch Crysis as "game.exe -mod sfwcl". This is exactly what the multiplayer desktop shortcut does.
