Can't see my own server

Hey guys, I'm trying to rebirth my own server from years ago using SFW. I've updated the client, and everything seems to run just fine, except the server doesn't show up on the list here. What can be the problem?

If it doesn't show on website, it means that server is not accessible from outside internet. So you probably have to set-up port forwarding or something :D And if it works, server should appear within one minute even on website

I thought it might be that. I'm having problems port forwarding with my Firewall -_- Can't seem to find the issue on what exactly is blocking it. Router is modified to allow it, but it seems that software firewall is still blocking it even though I allowed it. Can you help me out on this how to fully port forward this port?

Last time I used this guide https://www.windowscentral.com/how-open-port-windows-firewall it worked well :D But also, maybe just your ISP blocks it. Enable both TCP/UDP

I did exactly that, created 4 rules - TCP and UDP for both incoming and outgoing traffic. However, on port checking website, when I try to check the port, it says Connection Refused. Doubt the ISP is blocking it, cause I never changed them and I ran the server successfully long time ago. ;(

Back in days on GameSpy, Crysis used GameSpy which used NAT traversal to achieve that, but that's not available as of now at CryMP, because it wouldn't really be fair anyway. Because with NAT traversal, only certain players can join... so right now either all people can join the server or none.

@ Stefan, Wie gehts, Stefan: "I'm trying to rebirth my own server from years ago using SFW". I'm not sure if the older SfW ssm is compatible with the current master server. I'm no expert when it comes to SfW but, I have used scripts from it to report player stats on my server. Check your SfW "main" script located in the .pak files to see what the ssm is pinging? crymp.net or m.crymp.net? Probably easier to just use an updated SfW ssm and add your modifications to it. regards -

If you mean MasterHost="crymp.net"; setting in Settings.lua, then it's crymp.net

@ Stefan, path: SSMSafeWriting-2.9.0.zip\Mods\SafeWriting\Game\SafeWriting.pak\Scripts\ModFilesSafeWritingMain.lua. function SafeWriting:OnTimerTick() -----------> AsyncConnectHTTP(se.MasterHost or "crymp.net",page,se.F If my memory is right when I played around with SfW, when I pinged "crymp.net", the server did not show on website. I think i got it to show with m.crymp.net This is where zi, master of SfW can help you.

I can see that your server already appears on the list, so I am glad you somehow resolved the issue. Just always, even if server doesn't immediately show up, try to give it one or two minutes until CryMP verifies whether it is accessible by public.
