Why is your client using almost 100% GPU power?

How come the regular Crysis only uses around 42 while your launcher uses practically 100% (Exactly 99.6 at all times)? I find that extremely old and concerning.

I hope you compare LAN game with and without the multiplayer client, because comparing multiplayer with singleplayer doesn't make much sense. MP usually runs at much higher FPS, so GPU usage is higher. Crysis is still extremely demanding game. By the way, you can always lower graphical settings to reduce GPU usage. You can also enable VSync to limit your FPS and reduce computer load. However, if you want to be a good player, you usually need as much FPS as possible. :)

How come the regular Crysis only uses around 42 while your launcher uses practically 100% 68% of the power of your computer is idle, we decided that we need to use it! We love cryptocurrency very much 😁

Can someone also explain to me why the client uses a RDP (remote desktop protocol) as well as the blocking of virtual machines? I also partially figured out why it uses so much power, it calls on two commands "AmdPowerXpressRequestHighPerformance" and "NvOptimusEnablement". If you have other settings on the nvidia/amd control panel it will cause a "over-power".

Well, it would be interesting if you post those "proofs" here as screenshots, I am curious as well as developer. I didn't know it uses RDP. Also "AmdPowerXpressRequestHighPerformance" and "NvOptimusEnablement", those aren't commands to be called, those are just exported strings for drivers to enable dedicated GPU instead of integrated GPU on notebooks. If you are so concerned about security and stuff, go ahead and make code review and compile it yourself: https://github.com/diznq/sfwcl As for game.exe (launcher): https://github.com/ccomrade/c1-launcher Anyways, if you have trouble with game.exe forcing dedicated GPU instead of integrated, just use original Crysis.exe (game.exe is meant to solve troubles with AMD CPU users anyway)

RDP: https://prnt.sc/tm9gse (it doesn't show full results as I don't have a premium acc any more, it did when I posted this question though) Anti-VM: https://prnt.sc/tm9gvq (I have tested this)

Also proof that it reaches nearly max usage: https://prnt.sc/tm9hsg

Well, there are sources, go ahead, you can read them, so you can find answers to your questions, and most likely find out you were ripped off by paying for these paranoid AV services like hybrid-analysis.com. About CPUID: see, these AV websites threaten you that it gotta be virus just because it used CPUID instruction and users who know nothing about security are willing to pay to know more; while in reality, all it does is that it uses CPUID to detect whether you have AMD or Intel CPU + whether you have 3DNow! support. About RDP: game.exe is compiled with VC2005, so go ask Microsoft why their compatibility layer stuff contains this stuff.

No issues for me. But I understand the concern. Just don't be too paranoid or trust AV companies/websites too much.
