Why is your client using almost 100% GPU power?

At least someone is interested in security aspect of the multiplayer client. People usually don't care much about what their computers do. The problem is these automated analysis tools (and AVs in general) are extremely stupid. It detects legit things as suspicious. Crysis itself contains much worse things than the multiplayer client. For example, PunkBuster. We should thank Crytek for making PunkBuster optional so we can easily avoid that crap. By the way, our EXE is actually the cleanest one available. It's 100% DRM-free and open-source, unlike the original files and all those "cracks" that contain a lot of SecuROM garbage doing evil things with your system. Especially in 64-bit version. Just go to Bin64 folder and remove "b64.dll" file (64-bit SecuROM library). None of those dirty EXEs can launch 64-bit Crysis without that SecuROM crap. Only "game.exe" can do that. It also contains few useful fixes. For example, it correctly fixes the famous Crysis startup crash on modern AMD processors caused by a bug in CryEngine CPU feature detection, so no broken workarounds messing with CPU affinity are needed. About that high GPU usage, well, this is Crysis. My GPU is heavily loaded too when Crysis is running. Just try LAN game without the multiplayer client. You will see there's no difference in GPU load. If your graphics card cannot handle full load, you should want your money back, because it's definitely a broken product. By the way, what's your PC specs?

I was only asking questions not accusing. Now that you guys have gave me more insight I understand why those certain things are popping up. But as a user of the program I have a right to ask questions about said program running on my machine. Also I did not pay for any software, I just used a few sites to scan it as a general insight.

As Comrade said, it's good that someone cares about what's running on his machine, so it's perfectly fine. We know that there sites like VirusTotal are always gonna have some problems, just a funny fact, once when I used PUSHAD instruction, which is pretty unusual, it got me 37/65 score there; so that's why we made everything open source. Anyways, enjoy your stay, Sunday 18:30 UTC, is when most of people play

It's absolutely fine. If only more people were asking such questions, there would be much less trash software. For example, modern multiplayer games with BattlEye and similar kind of client-side anticheat. It's literally a backdoor running at highest privileges and totally compromising your system. Sometimes even causing performance issues. Or that Denuvo DRM combined with some completely useless and always-on thing like Origin client (hello EA). Unless people stop buying and playing games using such trash, it will be only worse and worse... Damn, this is so negative. :D

https://ibb.co/2j8vtJ6 Weak gpu maybe? Running a 6yo gtx980 here while recording and didn't break 100%. Having said that, I'm not playing in 2k or 4k resolutions though... that WILL have my card maxed out.
