  I downloaded the map directly from the link from the log. I threw it manually into the folder with maps. Downloading from the game menu is terminated immediately.   Yes, it's okay. The map is downloaded if you run the game as administrator. Previously, this was not required, all maps were downloaded as usual. The question has been resolved, perhaps this information will be useful to someone else.
