I've updated the post above as it now shows the best video, at the time I thought wow this looks great and the fighting and action were just what a "camera_man" needed, I don't edit this post capture, I just hit record and hope for the best, usually it's packed full of interesting stuff.
I have to manually go through each video I record to see if it's worthy of keeping or not, my video editor at the moment is a new one I'm not used to so I just tend to upload the raw files and they look good to, good quality, but at the end of the day we have the best server with all the best players and more yet to come so I hope next year or whenever we'll hit the 30 + players barrier, enjoy the videos.
